Having Gina
as my realtor was a joy and truly a blessing. Not knowing much about
the real estate business, I needed someone who wasn't going to put me
up in just any old home. Gina was exactly that. She didn't let me settle
and that's what I liked about her the most. There were a few homes that

opinion, the most important quality a realtor can possess is a tireless
drive to serve their customers. Gina possesses this quality like no
one I have worked with and in every case she exceeded my expectations.

When I moved
to Texas last year I knew it was possible that I could be relocated
again in a very short time. As a result, I charged Gina to not only
find us a house we really liked but also one that I could sell the next
day for at least what I paid for it. She went way beyond the normal
"CMA" and canvassed every home and builder in the neighborhood
to come up with a target price for the home we liked. We agreed not
to exceed this "ceiling price" and after some very tough negotiations
we got the house. A brief six months later I was notified that I was
being relocated once again. Gina immediately went to work to assess
the current market conditions and we decided on a price that was a bit
higher than the normal neighborhood comps. Gina was confident that our
home offered some unique benefits that other homes didn't so we went
with her recommendation. She was right!!! I got two offers in three
weeks and I sold my home for asking price and $18,000 profit. Not bad
for six months!
Gina's most impressive
quality is her work ethic. She simply works harder than other realtors
to make sure your needs are met. I have moved several times in the past
few years and without a doubt Gina is the best realtor that I have had
the pleasure of working with. The best endorsement that I can give her
is that if I ever move back to Dallas, Gina will be the person that
